The game pass is three games per person during the same visit. The game pass is our most popular option. Over 90% of players purchase a Game Pass.
A Game Pass purchase earns a star reward. Earn 10 stars within 12 months and receive a free Game Pass. We do not offer refunds on partially used Game Pass purchases.
We have one of the longest play times in the area. There are other laser tag arena's but we have not found anything else that compares.

Here are some important details to ensure you have a fantastic experience with us:
🕹️ Games Run Continuously: No need to reserve in advance! Walk-ins are always welcome, you can seamlessly dive into the excitement, joining the next available game. If you are a large group, give us a call and we can find a time to balance out birthday parties to help facilitate a smooth schedule.
👥 Join the Fun: Our games are open to everyone. We do not offer private games during normal business hours. You'll play alongside other enthusiastic guests and parties. Game sizes may vary based on our current capacity.
⏱ Plan for 90 Minutes: A typical visit for a Game Pass lasts around 90 minutes, depending on how busy we are and the number of breaks you prefer.
👦👧 Ages 5 and Up: Laser tag is suitable for players aged 5 and up. Get ready for an unforgettable adventure! Only paid players are allowed in the arena. Parents you can join a game or watch from the "Arena Cam" located near the snack shack.
👟 Wear the Right Shoes: We recommend wearing athletic shoes for a comfortable and safe gaming experience.
🚫 No Refunds: We don't offer refunds, but we're happy to provide a sneak peek of the arena to introduce the game to your child before purchasing a pass. Often, younger players start a bit nervous but quickly become laser tag experts.
🚷Respect Our Environment: At Ultrazone, we maintain a family-friendly atmosphere where inappropriate, bullying, or offensive behavior is not tolerated. Remember, it's laser tag, and physical contact with other players is not allowed. Those engaging in negative actions may be asked to leave without a refund. Once you're prepared to play safely and respectfully, you're welcome to join the next game for an enjoyable experience.
🚪 Early Exit Policy: Leaving a game prematurely doesn't result in a refund for the game cost. Stay and enjoy the full laser tag experience!

Customer Waiver & Acknowledgement
Laser tag involves physical activity. The arena is a low light environment with exposure to flashing lights, fog and lasers. There are ramps and an elevated platform.
Please be considerate of others skill level and age-related abilities.
Important rules: 1) No running or crawling 2) No laying on the ground 3) No climbing on arena obstacles & 4) No physical contact.
Always follow staff instructions.
When you agree to participate in laser tag and enter the facility, you are accepting complete responsibility for any injuries, whether inflicted upon yourself or caused to another individual. You also take full responsibility for any harm or damage incurred to the premises, facilities, or equipment. You acknowledge that Clackamas Ultrazone LLC and its staff cannot be held responsible for any occurrences during the activities. If you have a medical condition that could be adversely affected by the environmental conditions or exposures, we kindly ask you not to participate in laser tag.
Ultrazone requires that you understand and agree to play laser tag according to the rules and follow instructions. If you are under 18 years of age, you are required to tell your parents or guardians about these rules and obtain their permission to play.
