After Hours
Adults-only laser tag, twice a month.
After Hours is Ultrazone’s late-night session for people who want something different than bars, clubs, or another trivia night. It’s built around competition, experimentation, and the kind of play that works best after dark.
This is not a kids’ event. It’s not a party package. It’s a regular night for adults who like games with structure, strategy, and just enough chaos.
What to Expect
Unlimited laser tag in our 5,000 square foot arena, with game modes you won’t typically see at other laser tag centers. Some are competitive, some are experimental, and some only make sense once you’ve played here a few times. Fountain drinks are included, pizza is provided while supplies last.
A Little History
Ultrazone has been Portland's best laser tag center since 1995.
Over the years, we noticed something during our Day Camps: adults kept asking if they could join. So we tried something new.
The first After Hours was held on March 28, 2025. The response was immediate. Players had so much fun they asked us to run it more than once a month. Since then, After Hours has become a twice-monthly night where the arena is set aside for adults only.
A Weird Little Portland Thing
After Hours isn’t for everyone, and that’s kind of the point.
It’s slowly become a regular spot for people who enjoy skill-based games, late-night energy, and the comfort of seeing familiar faces. Some people come for the competition. Some come for the social side. Some come because this place was part of their childhood and now it feels like it grew up with them.
If you’re looking for a small, strange corner of Portland that plays hard without taking itself too seriously, you’ll probably fit right in.
When & How
After Hours runs from 9:00 PM to midnight on the second and last Friday of every month.
This event is for ages 18+
Admission is $30 per person.

Attendance is limited, and nights often fill up in advance.
