These events, which have benefited schools, sports programs, educational initiatives, religious groups, and more, are scheduled outside of normal business hours to avoid disruption. To ensure a successful fundraiser, it's crucial to secure preapproval and meet a minimum participation rate. Given the limited scheduling options available, interested parties are encouraged to contact Ultrazone promptly to arrange for approval and scheduling.
