Level 2
T - AA : Timing, Angle, & Aim

Timing
Laser tag is more a game of timing than it is a game of speed. Learn the moment your laser can fire after a wakeup and the moment an opposing player can be tagged after their wakeup.
Deactivation:
By now, you're more than likely familiar with deactivations: Generally 5 seconds for Level 1 game modes and 8 seconds for level 3 game modes. Once the deac timer reaches zero - the wakeup cycle begins.
Wakeup:
The pack makes the familiar wakeup sound. For the duration of this sound, your laser will not fire until the sound fully ends. On newer systems, players are also invincible until the wakeup sound ends. Pulling the trigger before the end of the wakeup sound imposes a 60ms trigger lockout penalty. This means your laser cannot be fired for 60ms, if you spam the trigger on the wakeup or pull the trigger too soon.
Likewise, when an opposing player in your line of fire wakes up, it's best practice to wait until their wakeup sound ends before tagging them.
